While at work today, someone asked me what is today's date. I gave her the date, and she made a face, one of my American Coworkers who was standing next to me, and is very loud, said that B...ch. The customer thought it was me. So she came to my desk and called me a F...ing B...ch. I was so shocked at the same time didn't want to make a scene by saying it wasn't me who called her one, in the first place. After we were done for the day, everyone at work wanted to know why I didn't shot back at her and didn't argued with her. I explained the whole situation to them, that If I did, I would make trouble for the coworker who is always loud. It's not in my nature to blame things on people. But is it fair to act on the spare of moment and let others take the blame?!!

Today is my 49th birthday, & I wasn't feeling too hot this morning anyway.
Iwent to breakfast knowing my wife would be pleasant & say "Happy Birthday," &probably have a present for me.
She didn't even say "Good Morning," let alone any "Happy Birthday".
I thought, "Well, that's wives for you. The children will remember" The children came in to breakfast & didn't say a word.
When I started to the office I was feeling pretty low & desapointed.
As I walked into my office,my secretary,Betty said,"Good Morning Boss,HappyBirthday"And I felt a little better someone had remembered!
I worked until noon. Then,Betty knocked on my door & said,
"You know, it's such a beautiful day outside &it's your birthday, let's go to lunch, just you & me". I said, "By George, that's the greatest thing I've heard all day. Let's go."We went to lunch. We didn't go where we normally go-we went out into the countryto a little private place. We had two martinis & enjoyed lunch tremendously. Onthe wayback to the office, she said, "You know, it's such a beautiful l day. We don'tneed to go back to the office, do we?
"I said, "No, I guess not." She said,Let's go to my apartment".After arriving at her apartment she said, "Boss, if you don't mind,
I think I'llgo into the bedroom and slip into something more comfortable". "Sure," Iexcitedly replied.
She wentinto the bedroom &, in about six minutes, she came out carrying a big birthdaycake, followed by my wife, children & dozens of friends. They were singing"Happy Birthday"And there I sat, on the couch, naked!!!

10th grade **********
As I sat there in English class,
I stared at the girl next to me.
She was my so called 'best friend'.
I stared at her long, silky hair,
and wished she was mine.
But she didn't notice me like that,
and I knew it.
after class, she walked up to me
and asked me for the notes
she had missed the day before.
I handed them to her.
She said 'thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
I want to tell her,
I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends,
I love her but I'm just too shy, and I dont know why.
11th grade **********
The phone rang.
On the other end, it was her.
She was in tears, mumbling on and on abou
t how her love had broke her heart.
She asked me to come over because
she didn't want to be alone, so I did.
As I sat next to her on the sofa,
I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine.
After 2 hours, one Drew Barrymore movie,
and three bags of chips,
she decided to go to sleep.
She looked at me, said 'thanks'
and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
I want to tell her, I want her to know that
I don't want to be just friends,
I love her but I'm just too shy, and I dont know why.
Senior year ***********
The day before prom she walked to my locker.
"My date is sick" she said, "he's not gonna go" well,
I didn't have a date, and in 7th grade,
we made a promise that if neither of us had dates,
we would go together just as 'best friends'.
So we did.
Prom night, after everything was over,
I was standing at her front door step.
I stared at her as she smiled at me
and stared at me with her crystal eyes.
I want her to be mine,
but she isn't think of me like that, and I know it.
Then she said- "I had the best time, thanks!"
and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
I want to tell her, I want her to know that
I dont want to be just friends,
I love her but I'm just too shy,
and I don't know why. A day passed,
then a week,then a month. Before I could blink,
it was graduation day.
I watched as her perfect body floated like an angel
up on stage to get her diploma.
I wanted her to be mine-
but she didn't notice me like that,
and I knew it.
Before everyone went home,
she came to me in her smock and hat,
and cried as I hugged her.
Then she lifted her head
from my shoulder and said-
'you're my best friend,thanks'
and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
I want to tell her, I want her to know
that I dont want to be just friends,
I love her but I'm just too shy,
and I don't know why.
Now I sit in the pews of the church.
That girl is getting married now.
I watched her say 'I do' and drive off to her new life,
married to another man.
I wanted her to be mine,
but she didn't see me like that, and I knew it.
But before she drove away,
she came to me and said 'you came!'.
She said 'thanks' and kissed me on the cheek.
I want to tell her,
I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends,
I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
Years passed,
I looked down at the coffin of a girl
who used to be my 'best friend'.
At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years.
This is what it read:
"I stare at him wishing he was mine; but he doesn't notice me like that, and I know it.
I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don't want to be just friends,
I love him but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
I wish he would tell me he loved me!"
'I wish I did too...' I thought to myself, and I cried.
Do yourself a favor, tell her/him you love them.
They won't be there forever.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

On the very first day, God created the cow.
He said to the cow, "Today I have created you!
As a cow, you must go to the field with the farmer all day long.
You will work all day under the sun!
I will give you a life span of 50 years."The cow objected,
What? This kind of tough life you want me to live for 50 years?
Let me have 20 years, and the 30 years I'll give back to you
So God agreed.
On the second day, God created the dog. God said to the dog,
What you are supposed to do is to sit all day by the door of your house.
Any people that come in, you will have to bark at them!
I'll give a life span of 20 years." The dog objected,
What? All day long to sit by the door?
No way! I give you back my other 10 years of life!
So God agreed.
On the third day, God created the monkey. He said to the monkey,
Monkeys have to entertain people.
You've got to make themlaugh and do monkey tricks.
I'll give you 20 years life span."The monkey objected.
What? Make them laugh? Do monkey faces and tricks?
Ten years will do, and the other 10 years I'll give you back.
So God agreed.
On the fourth day, God created man and said to him,
Your job is to sleep, eat, and play. You will enjoy very much in your life.
All you need to do is to enjoy and do nothing.
This kind of life, I'll give you a 20 year life span.
The man objected. What? Such a good life! Eat, play, sleep, do nothing?
Enjoy the best and you expect me to live only for 20 years? No way,man!...
Why don't we make a deal? Since the cow gave you back 30 years,
and the dog gave you back 10 years and the monkey gave you back 10 years,
I will take them from you! That makes my lif e span 70years, right?
SoGod agreed.
AND THAT'S WHY....
In our first 20 years, we eat, sleep, play, enjoy thebest and do nothing much.
For the next 30 years, we work all day long, suffer and get to support the family.
For the next 10 years, we entertain our grandchildren by making monkey faces and monkey tricks.
And for the last 10 years, we stay at home, sit by the front door
and bark at people!

Masooleh....

When I was in my early teens was the first time I visited Masooleh. Even as a kid the view was breath taking. The yard of a house was the roof of another one... .
I remember buying knitting socks and so many hand made jewelries. The fact that they weren't the richest people on earth but the kindest with the heart of Gold, is something I will never forget. Their love to share and taking care of their guests was overwhelming. These are some facts about this beautiful place in Iran.
The most beautiful vicinities of Iran are found in northern Iran, and specially in Gillan. A coverage of green forests, diverse sources of water, local architecture, cultural specifications......are eye-catching; forming a basis for the development of tourism.
The historical town of masooleh is in north of Iran. The cause of traveling Iranian passengers from far towns is usually to visit its architectural_historical texture. But many travelers from near towns come here for using pleasant weather and nature. All of foreign passengers travel Masooleh only for visiting its historic architecture and urban development. Small and big groups who interest in nature usually travel here from near towns in 5_200 person groups for mountain climbing. Here is more.....

  1. Robert Louis Stevenson
    Poet, Novelist & Essayist ( 1850 - 1894 )

    How to Be Happy

More than 100 years ago, author Robert Louis Stevenson offered the following tips for maintaining a positive attitude. They still apply today.

    1. Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.
    2. Make the best of your circumstances. No one has everything, and everyone has
something of sorrow intermingled with gladness of life. The trick is to make the laughter outweigh the tears.
    3. Don't take yourself too seriously. Don't think that somehow you should be protected from misfortune that befalls other people.
    4. You can't please everybody. Don't let criticism worry you.
    5. Don't let your neighbor set your standards. Be yourself.
    6. Do the things you enjoy doing but stay out of debt.
    7. Never borrow trouble. Imaginary things are harder to bear than real ones.
    8. Since hate poisons the soul, do not cherish jealousy, enmity, grudges. Avoid people who make you unhappy.
    9. Have many interests. If you can't travel, read about new places.
10.Don't hold postmortems. Don't spend your time brooding over sorrows or mistakes. Don't be one who never gets over things.
11.Do what you can for those less fortunate than yourself.
12.Keep busy at something. A busy person never has time to be unhappy.
    Robert Louis Stevenson
