Someday when my children are old enough to understand the logic that motivates a parent, I will tell them:
I loved you enough to ask where you are going, with whom, and what time you would be home.
I loved you enough to insist that you save your money and buy a bike for yourself even though I could afford to buy one for you.
I loved you enough to be silent and let you discover that your new best friend was a jerk.
I loved you enough to make you pay for the toy you had taken and tell the clerk' " I stole this yesterday, and I want to pay for it".
I loved you enough to stand over you for two hours while you cleaned your room, a job that should have taken 15 minutes.
I loved you enough to let you see anger, disappointment, and tears in my eyes. Children should know that their parents aren't perfect.
I loved you enough to let you assume the responsibility for your actions even when the penalties were so harsh, they almost broke my heart.
But most of all, I loved you enough to say NO when I knew you would hate me for it. … Those were the most difficult battles of all.
I am glad I won them, because in the end, you won too . And someday when your children are old enough to understand the logic that motivates parents, you will tell them.

One day, a little girl is sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She suddenly notices that her mother has several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast to her brunette hair. She looks at her mother and inquisitively asks, "Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?" Her mother replied "Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white." The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then asked, "Momma, how come all of grandma's hairs are white?"

On a British Airways flight from Johannesburg, a middle-aged, well-offwhite South African lady has found herself sitting next to a black man.She called the cabin crew attendant over to complain about her seating."What seems to be the problem, Madam?" asked the attendant."Can't you see?" she said, "You've sat me next to a kafir. I can'tpossibly sit next to this disgusting human. Find me another seat!
""Please calm down, Madam." the stewardess replied. "The flight is veryfull today, but I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll go and check to see if wehave any seats available in club or first class".The woman cocks a snooty look at the outraged black man beside her (notto mention many of the surrounding passengers). A few minutes later thestewardess returns with the good news, which she delivers to the lady, who cannot help but look at the people around her with a smug andself-satisfied grin."Madam, unfortunately, as I suspected, economy is full. I've spoken tothe cabin services director, and club is also full. However, we do have oneseat in first class".
Before the lady has a chance to answer, the stewardess continues: "It ismost extraordinary to make this kind of upgrade, however, and I have hadto get special permission from the captain. But, given the circumstances, the captain felt that it was outrageous that someone should be forced to sitnext such an obnoxious person.
"With that, she turned to the black man and said: "So if you'd like toget your things, sir, I have your seat ready for you..."At which point, the surrounding passengers stood and gave a standingovation while the man walked to the front of the plane...

Tonight I went to see MI3, it was one of the best Action movies I have seen in a long time. For two hours I was stuck to my chair and couldn't take my eyes off the screen. Even though I am not a Tom Cruise fan, I really enjoyed watching him in this movie. I recomend this movie to everyone who like action movies.
I really enjoyed the thrill of not knowing what would happen next. While I was waiting for the movie to start, watching people sitting with their popcorns and drinks brought back memories from when I was a kid, in Iran. The movie wouldn't be a movie without sun flower seed "Tokhmeh aftabgardoon" and pumpkin seed "Tokhmeh Kadoo" and Japanese seed "Tokhmeh Japoni". No body minded the noise they were making with all those seeds. It was part of going to movie, No Tokhmeh no movie. They even used to bring sandwiches and drinks and sell it during the movie. It brought good memories from my childhood. Wow times goes fast....
